As an artist who has experienced 21 years of education in China and 6 years in France, I deeply understand how educational systems shape our perception of the world, our sense of identity, and the choices we make. This cross-cultural educational journey has given me a unique perspective on the similarities and differences between the two systems. It has also made me realize that education is not merely a process of imparting knowledge but also a tool for shaping power and culture.

This video project aims to explore the impact of the Chinese education system on our generation by intertwining personal experiences with collective issues. It seeks to uncover how this system shapes individuals through societal expectations, cultural values, and educational practices, leaving profound psychological imprints on personal development.

Through an artistic lens, I hope to provoke reflection on education and societal issues, particularly how these challenges manifest in the lives of those working in the arts.
